It’s long overdue! The 5 pm time slot on Friday evenings will now offer kickboxing pad rounds to start your weekend. Everything you are already accustomed to in the boxing pad class, but retooled for kickboxing. See you there!
Immediately after, we will be offering an open drilling class. It’s an opportunity to come in and received feedback and direction while you drill techniques that interest you in any Ludusport discipline. The MMA class will be replaced by this offering. However, we think that this is a better use of schedule time. Mixed Martial Artists will find ample opportunity to practice during this time slot and others.
